Emil Sjögren 1 – Violin & piano

Caprice Records presents, in four CDs, parts of Sjögren’s music for the piano, and all his music for violin and piano, performed by pianist Anders Kilström and violinist Tobias Ringborg. Emil Sjören’s music is characterized by refined and grandiose expression.

Tobias Ringborg, Caprice artist, has recorded a number of CDs. He is one of the most exciting musicians of his generation. He has also been working as a conductor since 1997. He has played with all of the Swedish symphony and chamber orchestras and enjoys a successful career abroad.

Pianist Anders Kilström is also a Caprice artist and one of our most appreciated Swedish musicians. He works both as a chamber musician and as a soloist and has appeared as a soloist with orchestras in several European countries and in USA. Kilström also works as a teacher at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.
