Kammarmusikmakarna
Helen Jahren, Håkan Rosengren, Per Enoksson, Mats Rondin & Stefan Bojsten
Five of Sweden’s most eminent chamber musicians toured the country between 1994 and 1996 as The Chamber Music Makers, presenting a variable, many-sided program with the rare instrumental combination of oboe, clarinet, violin, cello and piano.
The players are, to say the least, at the top of their profession. Oboist Helén Jahren, one of the most sought-after oboists, has the entire world as her concert venue.
Clarinetist Håkan Rosengren has rapidly conquered the concert platforms of the world, both as a chamber musician and as a soloist with leading international orchestras.
Violinist Per Enoksson is Principal leader of the Gothenburg Symphony Orchestra, dividing his time between duties with the orchestra and solo and chamber music appearances.
Mats Rondin is a conductor and solo cellist and also works as a chamber musician and pedagogue.
Stefan Bojsten, professor at the Royal College of Music, Stockholm, is one of Sweden’s busiest chamber musicians and has toured extensively in Europe and the USA, not least as a member of the Stockholm Art Trio.
