This is a separate CD from the Collectors Classics boxed set of five CDs accompanied by a 92-page book, presenting legendary Swedish chamber music recordings between 1916 and 1964.

The repertoire spans from folk songs to Swedish and international classics and modern compositions. CAP 21505 contains recordings with The Skånequartet, The Hälsingborg Quartet, The Göteborg Quartet, The Galli Quartet and The Föllinger-Hedberg Quartet. A separate booklet accompanies each individual CD.
